We owned property in Gervais, and it was in desperate need of maintenance and fixing. We knew we wanted to keep the property, but we weren’t sure what to do. We had seen advertisements here and there, and we decided to call. Fil was very polite and fully informed us of all the sensible decisions that we had available in our situation. We decided to keep the property and have him fully remodel the older existing home. He had removed a few large dangerous trees, leveled out a few dips in the dirt we had on the property. He repaired the exterior that needed attention, and completely redid the interior with an updated look. He oversees everything himself and has licensed trades that he trusts to come and do a professional job on the project. Updated plumbing, insulation, and HVAC all up to code. He and his crew did all the painting inside and out. They did a beautiful professional job on everything, and I would recommend anyone to him even if it’s to inquire. Fil has always taken pride in his work, and has many satisfied owners of his efforts. I don’t know that I’ve ever been called back into a deal with a dissatisfied owner in the 20 years we’ve worked together. Fil takes over after our sale, and has always met the needs of his customers.
